Work as follows: As the cold air enters the separator, the special designed baffle deflects the heavy slug of water, oil and dirt while the clean air continues to go through; the oil, water and dirt accumulates in its tank waiting for the valve to open and discharge with no air loss.

Our air, oil, water separators are equipped with special valve that only lets through the condensation and oil and dirt. Since the float is located below the water line, it opens and closes without any air loss. The New Jersey Meter oil, air, water separators are built completely of rust-proof material, aluminum, brass and stainless steel and available for pressure of up to 300 psi.
